Shipping Charges

Shipping is Free for orders ₹399 & above .However, if your order is below this amount then we charge a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 for shipping the order. Also, just because its free or you paid for it, doesn't mean we will be careless about your package or the time it reaches you. We are committed to providing you the best experience possible.

 

Cash on Delivery

We charge a nominal fee of ₹100 for Cash on Delivery. However you can avail Free Cash on Delivery only on orders above ₹1499!!!. You can call us at +91-9953322537 if you face any problems during Cash on Delivery checkout.


 

Returns & Exchange

We have a 15 Day Returns and Exchange policy for all our products. We will initiate a Refund or Replacement only if there is a physical problem with the product like color, sizing or any other manufacturing defect and if you notify us within 15 days of receiving the product. We are not liable for return or replacements otherwise. The replacement and refund policy is not applicable for on Sale products or products given away through promotions.

The Return Policy comes into affect from the date of purchase. Example, If product was ordered on 31 August then return window is open till 15 September

Any request for size replacements in Men's and Women's clothing is only allowed up-to one size below or above the purchased size. Example if a person has purchased Medium sized clothing then, only replacement with Large or Small size is allowed. Request for other sizes will not be accepted.

In order to initiate a refund or exchange you will need to package the item yourself and send it to the address listed below. You can send us the package by a shipping carrier of your own choice but it should include the shipping charges receipt. Maximum reimbursement for reverse shipping charges is capped at Rs 100. Charges beyond this shall be borne by the customer. We shall then check the quality of the item and issue you a refund once it passes our replacement and refund policy guidelines.

Return courier charges are reimbursed only when there is a quality issue with the product or a wrong product delivered to the customer.

Please send us an email at yo@jhingu.com to explain the Issue with the Product, Order ID & if you need a refund or a replacement.

Also please include the Bank Details like Bank Account Number, Bank Name & IFSC code in the email so that we can refund you the reverse shipping charges. You can request a refund Gift Coupons worth of the same value (inclusive of shipping charges incurred by you).

 

Delivery

Our Shipping partners are Delhivery & Trackon. All items will be shipped via these partners only.

Orders are expected to be delivered in Metro Cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai & Kolkata in about 4-5 working Days. For Tier 1 & 2 Cities it make take about 5-6 Days and other cities and North East it may take about 8-16 Days.

Orders placed before 10 PM will be dispatched on the same day otherwise they will be processed the next day

Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched as we open our eyes on Monday morning i.e if we do not skip work.
